The City of Banning Refuse Division brings together recycling and waste management programs to best serve the community in a way that reduces and diverts waste from landfills and reuses material when appropriate. The Refuse Division administers a variety of services and citywide programs such as solid waste collection and transportation services; diversion of construction and demolition waste from development and tenant improvements projects; and conducts community events and outreach.
