The City has submitted a grant application through the Proposition 68, Statewide Park Program to expand Lion’s Park.   The planned park expansion will include two lit multi-sport athletic fields to accommodate soccer and other field sports, a lighted concrete walking path, ADA accessible sidewalks and a full restroom for park patrons.     The City is hoping we are selected for award.  Selected Grant awardees will be notified late summer or early fall of 2021.   For further information or questions, please contact Ralph Wright at rwright@banningca.gov or at (951) 922-3241.
