2. If you are experiencing any power related issues or your power is out, please call (951) 922-3260 during regular business hours to report a power outage (Mon-Thur 7:00AM – 4:30PM).

   If you are experiencing any power related issues after regular business hours and on the weekends, please call the City's Police Non-emergency dispatch line (951) 922-3170.

   If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911.

    Please do not send an email to report your power is out. BEU’s outage response system is triggered via telephone communication.

    Please be prepared to give the address of the outage and a phone number where you can be contacted. Because the dispatcher is also taking police and fire emergencies, they normally have limited time to discuss the outage. No matter what time you call, you will probably be asked several questions so we can determine how best to remedy your situation. A list of the questions is as follows:

   1. Have you checked your breaker panel for tripped circuit breakers? 
   2. Is all your power out in the house? Or just partial power? 
   3. Do your neighbors have power? 
   4. Are the streetlights on?
